You will get the most out of our treatments by becoming your own health care activist. We want you to accomplish a level of wellness that reduces your need to see us. We will provide you with copies of your labs (just ask for a copy if you do not get one at the visit), teach you how to manage acute illness by yourself at home, and instruct you on the causes of your condition(s) so you can take on an active role in your health.

It Is Important To Provide Us With All Available Pertinent Medical Information

Think of us just like you would your primary care doctor. In order to provide you with the best care, it helps to have copies of the relevant blood and laboratory diagnostic testing that you have previously done. Please list us as physicians to receive copies of all of your lab work (both past and future). We may call you to talk about your labs even if everything appears to be “normal” as these values can be quite different from “optimal” values.
